  • 1 star review  I stayed at this hotel for a company retreat and had an extremely unpleasant experience. To start I was told upon arrival that all staff members would be taking covid 19 precautions, when I got my key and headed to the room there was a maid with no mask watching tv in the room. The room was filthy, a light yellow brown stain on the comforter/window curtain, stains on the roof (looked like previous leaking). I didn't complain because It was covered by the company and It was only for 2 nights (I didn't want to be difficult.) I checked out and was told there were no charges to my card (which I had to give on file for any incidentals- mind you I only slept and showered in this room). A day later I see a charge of $37.45 for room merchandise? I didn't use anything in the room other than the bed & bathroom. I definitely did not buy or take anything from the room which I explained to the hotel in 3 separate phone calls. All three times I called I was told I would receive a call back. I NEVER received any response back. I filed a claim with my bank and SLS responded saying they have proof - there proof was a copy of the receipt with the charge? Anyone can charge someone and show the receipt that doesn't mean the person actually took the items in question. What a tacky/class-less hotel running scams and neglecting to return calls/give decent customer service. Avoid this place, apart from the dirty accommodations they will try to pull a fast one on you and hope you won't notice. I am currently on the phone with my bank working towards getting this charge removed. BEWARE AND STAY ELSE WHERE. (Check other reviews on Yelp you will see that charging customers for items they didn’t use/take is a pattern for this crooked business)

    5 star review  Josh and his team treated us very well. The best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. They always went the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered as well helping us find places around the city. I will definitely stay at the SLS Brickell in Miami again very soon.   • 5 star review  The service was beyond expectation:). From the first interaction with Alex from valet we felted welcomed. We arrived late and he still was upbeat and welcoming. The doorman Alain made us feel at home and went over and beyond for us. He even recommended and helped with reservations at Trulucks restaurant. Carlos at the front desk was also a great help. We decided to extend our stay for 3 more days and he really saved us a lot of time and held a great conversation with us about places to visit while we were there. And Dee from valet was extremely nice and professional. My boyfriend Shea and I will definitely be back soon and from now on we will only stay at SLS Brickell. Thanks again guys for all of the great service.

    5 star review  My husband and I, along with some cousins came here for the resort pass and we had a great and fun time in the pool! The service here is pretty amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make our time here special. The food (pizza) is tasty and the drinks were on point!! We definitely will be back soon! Highly recommend this fun spot!

  • 5 star review  My husband and I had an amazing stay. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to use all the amenities at the hotel. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure in the shower.

    5 star review  One of the best hotels in brickell. Great decor and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and amazing amenities. Highly recommended for a couples getaway. The food is ok they have a small menu for room service and breakfast is not included.

    1 star review  I stay usually at this hotel on business trips. Last time, however, they applied $650 in ‘guest room damages’ after I had checked out, no explanations. The Hotel does not reply to my emails inquiring about the issue and they hang up when I call.
